Hopdoddy Burger Bar, 1747 Wynkoop St., is in a new building north of Union Station. The gourmet burger bar features the Magic Shroom with goat cheese and mushrooms with a mayo and basil pesto sauce, the Buffalo Bill, a bison burger with egg and the Greek made with lamb. A lot of locals rave about their fries with green chili queso and their salted caramel shake.
