Every July The Denver Post hosts a massive music festival called The Underground Music Showcase in Baker and is known as one of the best weekends in Denver by Denver residents.
- Wash Park– Imagine a massive and gorgeous park right outside your front door? Wash Park residents live right next to a beautifully manicured park along with plenty of nightlife spots and a Whole Foods all within walking distance.
- RiNo– This is Denver’s most up and coming neighborhood. Packed with art galleries and music venues, this eccentric neighborhood is walking distance to parks, grocery stores and schools. RiNo(The River North District) also hosts an awesome event called The Big Wonderful during summer weekends. The Big Wonderful brings in artists, food trucks, beer and music. Don’t miss it.
